AUTHENTICITY IS LIBRATING

To be Authentic does not mean to be perfect. Actually, it is the opposite of it. what it means is being true, genuine, and honest. It is being true to who we are first and then to your family, friends, co-workers and the people we come in contact with. It is an effort trying to live as close as to our true nature. Stripping off any cover up and showing off our real face is what real authenticity is. It is uneasy, uncomfortable and risk to be authentic but it is liberating as well.

The truth is everyone has a struggle to deal with and no should have the audacity to try to judge anyone.Samson Mesghena
People may consider us foolish and may ridicule us for trying to be ourselves. It is hard to try to be authentic when the world tells us what we should be to get accepted and admired. The world tells us what to dress, how much to weigh, what make up to put on, what words to use, what car to drive and so on in order to impress and accepted by others. This forces us to hide our true nature and put us in vicious struggle. When we try to be the uncommon, people may roll their eyes and talk behind our back. It may make us unpopular and push us to isolation some times. We should know that it is okay to be who we are. The truth is everyone has a struggle to deal with and no should have the audacity to try to judge anyone.

It takes more energy to live behind a mask than trying to be ourselves. Who wants to always live in a mood of hiding? It is tiresome, exhausting and depressing. At one point, we have to decide to live an authentic life with all its beauty and ugliness, strength and weakness, happiness and sadness. The good news we should know is life is not static. we are always in a constant change and growth. As we pursue The TRUTH, we will overcome what we struggle with since Truth sets us free and transforms us. If we understand what grace really about, we will boast more with our weakness than our strength and that will help us to be true to our nature and will give us a courage to be seen

At one point, we have to decide to live an authentic life with all its beauty and ugliness, strength and weakness, happiness and sadness
